Re: Asbestos Abatement Services at: 22810 Edmonds Way Edmonds, WA 98020
This is to certify that American Environmental Construction LLC has removed the
asbestos containing material from the above referenced address per our Proposal and
Contract dated November 22, 2019.
Clearance Air Monitoring (Sample Type=CL) as reported on the Air Sample Data Sheet
(available upon request) indicates that the airborne asbestos level is below the EPA
established standard of .01 fibers/cubic centimeter for clean air after an abatement
project. Accordingly, the work area is safe, regarding asbestos exposure, for demolition.
Please call me at 206-267-0746 if you have any questions or comments regarding this
Letter of Completion.
Respectfully submitted,

RE: Asbestos & Other Fiber Analysis; WL Batch# 2000200.00
Client Project: 19679
Location: 22810 Edmonds, Way Edmonds
Dear Mr. Gomez,
Enclosed please find test results for the 5 air sample(s) submitted to our
laboratory for analysis on 112/2020.
Examination of these samples was conducted in accordance with the NIOSH
7400 method. Results are reported in fibers per cubic centimeter (fibers/cc) and
in fibers per square millimeter (fibers{mm).
The working range for the NIOSH 7400 method is between 100 and 1300 fibers
per square millimeter (fiberslmm`).
Test results not blank corrected unless field blanks were provided.
Samples are archived for two weeks following analysis and will be discarded if
not retrieved by the client after that period.
Thank you for using our laboratory services. Please do not hesitate to call if there
is anything further we can assist you with.
Sincerely,
U-Lq---W-
