In reference to the above permit and prints submitted, we need a plumbing permit to alter existing
plumbing. Rough -in plumbing is only in the breakroom area. No other plumbing inside the walls. Total
new fixture count added to project are 2 dishwashers and one icemaker box. After cabinets are installed,
2 insta hots and 2 coffee maker supply lines to be installed.
