Dear Sir:
We are proposing a revision to the plans for heating the ADU designed for the Jewell Residence at 946
Maple St Edmonds. We are proposing to show energy code compliance with the owners solar
panels and installing high efficiency radiant electric panels to heat the ADU. The laundry room
will be non -heated.
Please find a revised WSEC Energy Form showing the Solar option 6.1 for a max of 3 credits (1.5 are
required).
Also attached is the Snohomish County PUD yearly solar generation statement.
Also we have revised the Architectural plan Set dated 5-9-23 pages 3 (energy code) and page 4 (first floor
plan) with clouded revisions listing proposed heating equipment.
