Garrett Dean with GEO Group Northwest, Inc. was on site at the above address on November 1 st, 2023 for the
following geotechnical inspection.
Soil Bearing Verification
At the time of our site visit, we observed that the footings were poured and the structure was essentially complete,
minus several miscellaneous interior items. We used a 1/2 inch diameter, T-handled probing rod to probe the soil
adjacent to the footings. Very dense soils were identified at a depth of approximately 26 to 28 inches below the
surface grade. Very dense soils were also encountered at similar depths in boring HA-1 of our investigation.
Based on photographs obtained from the contractor, Ron Good with Norsk Design -Build, the footings were placed
at a depth of approximately 28 inches. Based on these considerations, it is our opinion that the footings are
founded on a dense and unyielding, acceptable subgrade.
