Otto Rosenau and Associates, Inc. (ORA) has completed the observation services for the
installation of Grip-Tite piers for the foundation repairs located at the southwest side of the existing
residence as per the project plans prepared by Hayman Engineering, dated June 26, 2023. Two
(2) site visits were completed on December 11 and 12, 2023, to observe the installation of eight
(8) Grip-Tite piers. See the field reports dated December 11 and 12, 2023, for the specific details
of the installation and load testing of the piers. The installation of the Grip-Tite piers and the
performance of the load tests were done in accordance with the approved project plans and the
recommendations from the project engineer (Hayman Engineering).
