THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND THE MEASURED DISTANCES DIFFER BY 1.83 FEET IN THE NORTHERLY
DIRECTION AND 0.92 FEET IN THE EASTERLY DIRECTION. HOLDING THE MEASURED DISTANCES AS
MONUMENTED ON THE SHORT PLAT LEADS TO AN APPARENT OVERLAP ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
LOVELL SHORT PLAT OF 1.99 FEET AS MEASURED PERPENDICULARLY INTO THE SURVEY PERFORMED BY
MEYRING AND ASSOC. RECORDED UNDER BOOK 8, PAGE 162. THIS ALSO APPARENTLY LEADS TO A 1.83
FOOT GAP BEING CREATED BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF THE LOVELL SHORT PLAT AND THE SOUTH LINE
OF THE REID MIDDLETON SURVEY RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 9812285001.
THE IRON PIN FROM THE GARRETSON SURVEY PERFORMED BY LOVELL RECORDED UNDER BOOK 26, PAGE
51 AT THE SE CORNER WAS NOT FOUND DURING THIS SURVEY; HOWEVER, THE CENTERLINE MONUMENTS IN
TALBOT ROAD WERE FOUND TO MATCH WELL WITH THE LOVELL SURVEY. IN CONCLUSION, THE EXISTING
FENCES LINE UP WELL WITH THE MONUMENTS SET PER THE SHORT PLAT, THEREFORE THE DISTANCES
CALLED OUT ON THE SHORT PLAT WERE HELD FOR THIS SURVEY, THE CORNERS AS SHOWN ON THIS
SURVEY ARE BASED UPON THE HELD POSITIONS OF THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 7 AND THE
FOUND MONUMENTS IN TALBOT ROAD, AS MEASURED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY AND IN
AGREEMENT WITH THE SHORT PLAT MONUMENTS.
