THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Helical Piles:
AESI was onsite today at 10:00am, as requested by the contractor to observe and document helical pile installation.
Today, the contractor set up and installed piles H4 and HS (see Figure 1). See Table 1 for helical pile installation details.
The helical piles appeared to be installed to minimum specifications, per plan.
Work finished around 1:30PM, and AESI plans to return the following day to observe installation of the pipe piles specified
in the revised plans (see Figure 2).

2. MIN INSTALL TORQUE ASSUMES Kt= 9.0IF A PILE WITH A DIFFERENT Kt VALUE IS USED MIN INSTALL TORQUE SHALL BE ADJUSTED.
3. MIN INSTALL TORQUE INCLUDES A FACTOR OF SAFETY OF 2.0.
