THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Helical Piles:
AESI was onsite today at 10am, as requested by the contractor to observe and document helical pile installation.
Today, using new pressure gauges (see FR012), the contractor set up and installed helical piles H18, H19, and H16 as
shown on Figure 1. See Table 1 for helical installation details. The helicals appeared to be installed to minimum
specifications, per plan. The crew from Advanced Foundation Supports was very efficient, and all helicals were installed
without any issues.
Work finished at 1:30PM, and AESI plans to return tomorrow (12/6) to continue observing helical pile installation.

2. MIN INSTALL TORQUE ASSUMES Kt = 9.0IF A PILE WITH A DIFFERENT Kt VALUE IS USED MIN INSTALL TORQUE SHALL BE ADJUSTED.
