THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Helical Piles:
AESI was onsite today at 10am, as requested by the contractor to observe and document helical pile installation.
No new piles were installed today, and as a result, AESI didn't spend much time on site. Evan from Advanced Foundation
Supports informed us that Dennis with CG Engineering was on site yesterday (11/30) to discuss installation progress and
potential problems moving forward. Several planned helical piles, including H3 and H4, are in locations that would make
installation very difficult due to a lack of space for equipment. We understand that CG Engineering is still reviewing possible
options for these locations.
Helical pile installation remains for those located outside, under the deck. Advanced Foundation Supports plans to begin
helical installation there next week once space has been cleared for equipment. Without additional plans for pile installation
today, AESI left the site at 10:30AM.
