Attn Devon Nutter Requested By Permit No. BLD2022-0463 Susan Stark Client Contractor Engineer/Architect Pile Contractor Weather General Contractor CG Engineering NA Advanced Foundation 40s, Sunny Supports LLC. /Evan THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED: Helical Piles: AESI was onsite today at 10am, as requested by the contractor to observe and document installation of helical piles. The contractor set up and installed helical pile H1 to a depth of 20 feet below the bottom of the foundation where the torque pressure met 1,700 psi. The helical pile appeared to be installed to minimum specifications, per plan. Afterwards, the contractor began installing two helical on either side of pile H10 that will serve as reaction piles for the load test planned for Monday (11/28).
