We will only be able to refund inspection fees on the other two. All application fees cannot be refunded since they were
fully reviewed.

ENG2023.0032 is also the same scope of work with Infrasource being ourcontractorand
doing the work. Is it possible to withdraw both ENG2023.0378 and ENG2023.0447 and keep
ENG2023.0032? I wasn't aware that there was already an existing permit pending forthis
work so my apologies forany confusion.

We have three applications in from PSE that appear to have the exact same scope of work but all are different project
numbers.
As far as ENG2023-0378 and ENG2023-0447, we would allow Infrasource to be PSE's contractor, so we can keep
ENG2023-0378 active and withdraw and refund ENG2023-0447.
But that doesn't answer what is going on with ENG2023-0032.
Are all three of these permits the same project? Please clarify.

We received the cancellation request for the permit. It states that PSE will no longer be doing the work but that your
contractor will be.
Anyone working in the City of Edmonds right-of-way needs a ROW permit, so your contractor will still need a permit.
We can cancel PSE's permit and have them apply separately, or if you want to have your contractor fill out the
application form and sign it, we can revise the current permit to reflect who will be performing the work.
Is the contractor Infrasource? Typically, we just issue the permits to PSE but Infrasource is doing the work.
Let me know how you would like to proceed.
