Project Address: 1024 St" Ave S Edmonds, WA 98020 Building B
J2 Building Consultants, Inc. (J2) was the Architect and Qualified Building Enclosure Inspector throughout the
repair process of the Boardwalk of Edmonds Condominiums. We are submitting this letter as documentation that
the building enclosure has been periodically inspected during the course of rehabilitative construction and that it
has been reconstructed in substantial compliance with the building enclosure design documents.
J2 has reviewed the work of the General Contractor, CDK Construction Services Inc and provided periodic Field
Reports, Window Testing and Mockup Reviews to assess compliance with the Construction Documents. These
reviews and testing services are pursuant to the requirements of RCW 64.55.050 "Scope of Inspection".
We are issuing this letter to inform the City of Edmonds that in our opinion the building enclosure has been
renovated in substantial compliance with the building enclosure design documents, as updated, pursuant to RCW
64.55.020.
