Scott Hoobler, Arrived on site as requested in the morning and afternoon to perform a soil bearing verification for the
PE new continuous foundations of the proposed residence. The footing subgrade soils generally consist
11/14/2022 of medium dense to dense, sands (outwash deposits). The footing subgrade soils were probed with a
T-probe and found to be firm and in an unyielding condition. Based on our observations, we believe
the subgrade soils are capable of supporting an allowable bearing value of 2,000 pounds per square
foot (psf).
