RE: Revisons to BLD2021-1734 @ 410 4th Ave N — DISH Wireless SESEA00426D
Dear Building Department,
The applicant applied for a permit in December of 2021. After the permit was issued the property
owner informed us that T-Mobile actually had lease rights on the building, and that some of the
antenna locations we had proposed would be used by them. As a result, the applicant had to shift
antennas to make room for T-Mobile's antennas, so we are submitting new plans that show those
shifts as well as new structural calculations due to the changes in antenna locations and screening
support.
The major changes are on the follwing sheets:
A-2, A-3, & A-4
S-4 & S-5
Other sheets, like the electrical and grounding, have minor changes showing the antennas in the new
locations, but the substantive portion of those remain the same.
