This is to inform you that the Stella's Landing Board has
approved the remodel project for Unit 304 owned by
Tim Brincefield. All work shall be accomplished by
licensed contractors and all permits shall be obtained for
the project as needed. The remodel contractual
arrangement is solely the unit owners responsibility.
