Itemized below are responses to the structural review comments provided in your review dated June 15, 2023.
Sheet S2.2, Comment 1:
The 8" embed noted on Sheet S2.2 is correct and supersedes the calculation package. The 15" embed noted in the
calculations assumed the 1/2"o holdown rod needed to develop its' full capacity, however this is not the case. The
8" embed noted in plan is sufficient to develop the capacity of the DTT holdown.
