**Install Heat Pump and Air Handler (Duel fuel system)** Removal and Disposal of the old
furnace. Run new line set 40ft from the furnace to the outdoor unit through the crawl space.
Install new Heat pump on the right side of the home next to the existing disconnect. Braze line
Description sets using nitrogen. Complete all sheet metal plenum work to retrofit the new air handler. Install
of Work: new condensate pump and drain to approved location. Install new Daikin one touch thermostat in
existing thermostat location. Complete all system control wiring. Re -connect existing electrical
circuit to new outdoor unit. Mount new disconnect next to the outdoor unit location. Run circuit for
new outdoor outlet for service purposes to the outdoor unit. Put system on pressure to make sure
there are no leaks in the line set. Test new system.
