INSPECTION OBSERVATION / REMARKS
1. I inspected the two HSS 5x5xl/2 columns welded to the HSS8x4x.625 and HSS8x6x.625 beams to be according to the referenced detail.
2. All welds are visually acceptable according to AWS D1.1 profiles.
3. The upper beam to columns require an ultrasonic test (UT) to follow.
Items inspected are in conformance with approved plans, specifications, and jurisdictional requirements
