This project manager reviewed special inspection reports and found that the canopy frames bolted connections were not inspected to date as stated in field report #0016 dated 1/31/2023. This project manager contacted CG Engineering- Dennis Titus who stated that he was on site during fabrication and installation of the canopy frames; attached is his letter approving the canopy frame work; OK for final letter for special inspection, with FOR approval for closure to Terracon field report #0016 dated 1/31/2023. COMPLIANCE STATEMENT Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the project documents. It is steel framed and two stories. CG Engineering was on site weekly during construction. We were onsite during the fabrication and installation of the canopies.
