1. Please provide a 2-year maintenance bond for $21,441.42 prior to the release of the performance
bond.
2. Record encroachment agreement for the private fiber line that was drilled under Admiral Way
and return a copy of the recorded agreement to the city.
3. The standard detail for the Modular Wetlands water quality system appears that there should be
plant established media and vegetation installed. Please provide documentation from the
geotech that everything that needs to be installed has been installed.
4. Install longer drop pins and drop pin sleeves for both the open and closed positions for both
trash enclosure doors.
5. Provide trench compaction reports for all work the was performed in the right-of-way.
6. The landing area on the ADA curb ramp on the west side of Admiral Way exceeds the
maximum allowable slope of 2%. Remove the landing and reinstall so that it does not exceed
2% in any direction.
7. Remove the existing parking stall striping in front of the north driveway on Admiral Way.
8. Stripe stall end once the parking striping is removed 10' on the southside of the north driveway
approach along with the parking ticks to ensure that the minimum stall length is 16.5' and a
single parking stall on the west side of Admiral Way just north of the crosswalk bulb out.
