This letter is in reference to your request for a breakdown of our project cost for the Edmonds
Wastewater Treatment Plant work for the Carbon Recovery Project.
The following costs are associated with the construction portions of the building itself
(general building, footings, ADA, framing, finishes, etc.) and do not include the value of
the `process equipment'.
Furthermore, we assume that `specialty permits' would be purchased separately for
electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and fire sprinkler work, so the values for that
construction work have been excluded as well.
