On October 3, 2023, the Edmonds City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the
following issue:
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE FOR
2024-2029 TO CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. THE PROPOSAL UPDATES THE CITY'S
CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN TO INCLUDE IMPROVEMENTS, ADDITIONS,
UPGRADES OR EXTENSIONS OF CITY INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS
TRANSPORTATION, PARKS AND STORMWATER ALONG WITH OTHER
PUBLIC FACILITIES NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE CITY'S
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. A LIST OF PROJECTS AND ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION ARE AVAILABLE ON THE CITY'S WEBSITE
(WWW.EDMONDSWA.GOV) OR FOR REVIEW AT THE CITY HALL
RECEPTION DESK.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber of Edmonds Public Safety Complex,
250 5th Avenue N., Edmonds, Washington. Council meetings are scheduled to start at
7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and
provide oral and/or written comments. Meeting attendance is also possible via the Zoom
