REMOVE OUTDATED 20 TON SPLIT SYSTEM HVAC. 20 TON UNIT IN BASEMENT, UNIT
WILL NEED TO BE BROKEN DOWN AND REMOVED TO GET OUT. AND 940LB CONDENSER
ON ROOF WILL BE REPLACED WITH (2) NEW CONDENSERS. NEW CONDENSERS WILL BE
MOVED BACK FROM THE EDGE OF THE ROOF AND A SUPPORT STRUCTURE COMPLETE
WITH BEAUTY / SOUND / SAFETY FENCE PUT IN PLACE TO PREVENT SERVICING TECHS
FROM REACHING EDGE OF ROOF. SUPPORT STRUCTURE WILL ALSO DISPERSE THE
Description WEIGHT OF CONDENSERS AND STRUCTURE OVER A LARGER AREA OF THE ROOF. NEW
of Work: UNITS WILL BE (2) 10 TON AIR HANDLERS TETHERED BY EMS AND SET UP TO RAMP UP
VFD DRIVEN MOTORS SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE DUCT WORK WILL HAVE NEWLY
INSTALLED DAMPERS ON SUPPLY BRANCHES AS WELL AS FRESH AIR INTAKE AND
RETURN AIR DUCTS. SYSTEM HAS AN NEWER 100,000 BTU DUCT FURNACE THAT WILL
BE LEFT AND USED FOR MAKE UP HEATING WHEN REQUIRED. THE NEW CONDENSERS
ON THE ROOF ARE 375LBS AND WILL BE TIED TO THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE FORE
MENTIONED AND ALL WILL BE TIED TO STRUCTURE. ALL WORK TO BE DONE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH EPA, WSEC AND
