Due to some owner changes, as well as Health Department Requirements we had to make some
changes to the plans and ceiling for the proposed Pizzeria, Johnny Mo's. Here is a list of the revised
items:
• Removed two-sided service sink, and closed off bar side to this area. Shifted bar east and
allowed for 2"d access point for staff, etc. on the west side of bar, see updated Plan A2.00.
• Relocated kitchen equipment to front of upper area (west side) to provide more
maneuverability to staff and functionality of kitchen area. This required removing the proposed
seating on outdoor patio, and that area will be not open to patrons, and limited access to
employees (staff). You can see the revisions on sheets A2.00, as well as the exiting & occupancy
(A0.10)
• Health Department required a washable surface and more finished ceiling above the kitchen
area and food prep area. The operator installed ACT ceiling tiles, that are washable, along with
metal panels at areas below mechanical equipment that was installed and hung below the
proposed ceiling heights. See updated reflected ceiling plan for more information (A3.00).

• A3.00- Reflected Ceiling Plan
