Here are a few notes that I wanted to include with our submittal. Sorry if its in the wrong slot, but I
wasn't sure where else to attach it.
➢ A Critical Area review was done in 2020 on our property and resulted with a waiver status.
Ref # CRA2020-0046
➢ There are no existing downspout or footing drains on the current house. Gutter downspouts
empty to splash blocks.
➢ Energy credits worksheet is uploaded into the "Energy Calculations" slot. We had a hard time
knowing how to fill this out and fully understanding it. I left 3 messages with the plan's
examiner department but didn't get a call back. I'm hoping we filled it out right. For the
addition we will be adding a qualifying Rheem electric heat pump water heater, and ductless
mini -split head units in the new main living areas. In the existing bedrooms we currently have
baseboard heaters. The house does not have gas coming to it.
