Weld Inspection Performed visual weld inspection on L2 @ large meeting room. Visually inspected all welds and their connections; beam to column, beam to beam, and kickers. All welds appeared to have the correct weld size, profile and location, while also not containing any discontinuities. Welding was performed in compliance with AWS D1.1 standards and details, as per S3.2. Refer to welding report 9623544SSR11162023PS. Adhesive Anchor Inspection Performed adhesive anchor inspection on Level 2 @ large meeting room. 24 total holes were drilled at 7 different locations. Holes were drilled to a diameter of 5/8" and a depth of 2" and properly cleaned before the application of adhesive. Depth of slab reinforcement varied due to hollow areas in the slab. Hilti HIT sleeves were used to address the areas that were hollow at certain depths. Sleeves were inserted into each hole to receive the epoxy. Epoxy used was Hilti HIT-HY 270, exp. 7/31/24.
