Olympic View Water and Sewer District, hereafter referred to as
"District", shall not be liable or responsible for the accuracy in
designating the location of the sewer stubs either on its maps or
pursuant to verbal representations of the employees or agents of
the District. The District, by this notice, is held harmless from any
and all claims, losses and/or damages arising from the erroneous
designation of the location of the sewer stub.
