in the current HOA house rules,
and it sounds like your proposed
system is not strictly an air
conditioner, but would be a
similar installation. If the
external component of your
system will be installed in your
courtyard, behind the garage, on
the ground, and not on a
structure, the board sees no
objection rased on the current
House Rules. If the proposed
installation should change,
please let us know.
