We would stop charging cut fees January 1, 2025.
The grind and overlay would be required for restoration until January 1, 2025 as well.

I got this one ready to issue. I wanted to make you aware that this street was overlaid in 2019 so there will be cut
fees and a grind and overlay requirement for the final restoration. I have also noted this on the plans. The fees will
be assessed after the initial work is done by IFS.
