Complete tear off of existing roofing, protecting yard and structure by means of tarps and plywood as necessary.
Replace rotten/damaged plywood at $125.00 per 4x8 sheet — and/or —
Repair known, unknown, hidden rot damage per Time & Materials, Time = $85.00/hour.
Install CertainTeed Winterguard Ice & Water Shield at perimeter, valleys, around all penetrations/walls and all 2:12 slopes.
Install CertainTeed DiamondDeck synthetic/hybrid underlayment at all 4:12 and 5:12 roof facets.
Central drain areas: Install directly to existing APP torch down membrane an additional layer of 4.5mm Polyglass granulated
torch down membrane. Re -use existing aluminum OMG-RAC retrofit drains and install retrofit drain liners into overflows.
Install starter and drip edge metals around perimeter and W valley metal in valley areas.
Roof with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max Def laminated asphalt composition shingles using nails, not staples.
Install two new Velux curb mounted skylight with all -new curb flashings and integrated target plies of Ice & Water Shield.
Install attic vents and/or vented ridge per attic ventilation needs.
Install CertainTeed Mountain Ridge High Profile hip & ridge caps.
Install all new vents, flashings and trims necessary to ensure a complete, watertight roof system.
Clean up and haul away debris.
Loberg Roofing 5 year labor warranty. CertainTeed's 5 Star Sure Start Warranty included in this scope of work.
Notes:
A COE re -roofing permit is required. The permit will be obtained and coordinated on your behalf; the permit cost (TBD per
COE's evaluation) to be added to the final invoice.
Temporary facilities (Honeybucket) is included in this scope of work.
Intermittent blockage of garage access is expected, though we can move out of the way fairly quickly; except for the stocking
of new materials which will take approximately 1.5 hours, one time. Protection of occupants is carefully controlled.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation
from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All
agreements contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. Company owner to carry necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
