Install is to include; Removal and Disposal of the old slim duct unit and outdoor unit. Run new line
set 50ft from the furnace to the outdoor unit through the attic. Install new Heat pump in the same
location as the current outdoor unit. Run two new supply runs from the existing system. One
supply will go in the living room and the other supply will go to the master bathroom. Run new 14
Description inch flex duct for the return and install new return air filter grill where the current filter grill is
of Work: located. Braze line sets using nitrogen. Complete all sheet metal plenum work to retrofit the slim
duct unit. Complete all system control wiring. Re -connect existing electrical circuit to new outdoor
unit. Mount new disconnect next to the outdoor unit location. Put system on pressure to make
sure there are no leaks in the line set. Test new system to make sure everything in working
properly and give instructions on how to use new thermostat.
