Customer all product and manufacturer warranties. Khm Roofing & Construction, Inc.'s obligation and liability under the Limited Warranty expressly stated
herein is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective workmanship. This warranty shall be void if a person or firm other than Khm Roofing &
Construction, Inc performs of re -performs any work identified with the original scope of work of this contract with Klim Roofing & Constructlon, Inc. Khm

Customer must notify Klim Roofing & Construction, Inc in writing during the warranty period, and must provide Khm Roofing 8 Construction, Inc. with
OPPornmity 10Inspect and an opportunity to either cure the warranted defects in a manner customary in the industry or to pay to the Customer the cost of
repair of feplacement of the warranted defect as estimated by Khm Roofing & Construction, Inc., acting reasonably.
DISPUTES AND ATTORNEYS FEES in any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement or the method and manner of performance
thereof or the breach thereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to be awarded Its reasonable attomeys' fees in addition to such other damages as are
