What to Expect After You Submit Your Application
We will look at your application and plans within two business days of your online submittal. You will receive an email from us stating the status of
your application. There are two possible outcomes for your application:
1. We will accept your application and send you an invoice via email.
2. We will not accept your application, and we will tell you what we need to complete the application screening. You will have 30 days to submit the
requested documents through your MyBuildingPermit.com Plan Review Dashboard.
Important information about completeness and vesting:
1. Application acceptance for screening is not a determination of completeness.
2. The submittal date is not your vesting date; your application is vested after we receive payment of all submittal fees.
