• Tear off (1) existing layer of roofing and haul away.
• Cut gutter fascia flush to the plywood.
• Nail down (1) ply of 30# fiberglass base sheet.
• Install 26 ga. drip metal on gutter edge.
• Install (1) ply of smooth Torch Down membrane over the fiberglass base
sheet.
• Install custom 26 gauge brown cap metal.
• Clean up roofing debris and haul away (includes magnet sweep of ground).
• 5 yr. transferable warranty on workmanship.
• 10 yr. manufacturers warranty on material (20 yr. life expectancy w/
protective coatings).
A-1. On option "A" you can get the 10 yr. manufacturers warranty extended to 12 yrs. on
$560.00 Plus Tax
the Torch Down material if we apply a fibered aluminum coating This is a reflective
maintenance coating that should be installed approx. every 5 years Premature flaking
may occur in areas of standing water (there is no warranty on coatings). To be applied
during summer of 2024.

If necessary, replace damaged or delaminated plywood with 1/2" CDX plywood at
$76.00 plus tax per sheet (includes labor and disposal). Any additional work
performed that is not specified in this proposal will he figured at $75 00 per man
hour, plus materials, plus 15% OH&P on materials (extra)
