1. CALL TO ORDER

The special Edmonds City Council meeting was called to order virtually and in the City Council Conference
Room, 121 — 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Rosen.
2. CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING STRATEGY, RCW
42.30.140(4)(A),
The Council then convened in closed session to discuss collective bargaining strategy per RCW
42.30.140(4)(a).
The executive session concluded at 5:15 p.m.
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The meeting reconvened at 5:15 p.m.
4. ADJOURN
With no further business, the Council meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
