PROJECT NARRATIVE
Robatasumi — 22511 Hwy 99 #111
Cascadia Electrical Solutions LLC will be installing devices onto the existing fire alarm
system located at 22511 Highway 99 Suite 111 in Edmonds due to a unit Tenant
Improvement (TI).
This installation will consist of:
• Installing one new notification device in a new bathroom
• Relocating a hanging notification device to achieve coverage in the dining area
and kitchen
Upon completion of installation and prior to inspection by the fire marshal, Cascadia
Electrical Solutions LLC will perform a pre -test of the system to ensure functionality and
compliance with applicable codes. Any and all changes requested by the fire marshal
shall be adhered to in order to ensure compliance with local codes.
Documents, permits, and inspection reports shall be kept on -site in an accessible
location near the fire alarm control panel and will be made available upon request by
any Authority Having Jurisdiction.
