Based on your selections, the following information and requirements apply to your application.
Submittal Information
A general facilities charge (GFC) (formerly known as a "connection charge') shall be paid by each new customer connecting to the city's water
system.
Water System General Facility Charge. The water system GFC shall be paid upon, and according to the date of, application for water service, and
based upon the size of the meter to be installed, as set forth in the table below:

General Process Info
Application and Electronic Plans Submission Process
Once the application and plans are received, the engineering division will screen the submittal within two business days of receipt. There are
two possible outcomes for your application:
1. The submittal will be accepted, and an invoice will be sent to the applicant via email. Payment of submittal fees are due upon receipt of
the invoice.
2. The submittal will not be accepted, and an email will be sent to the applicant outlining what is required to complete the application. The
applicant will have 30 days to submit the requested documents through the MyBuildingPermit.com Plan Review Dashboard.
Re -submittals
• Include a response letter addressing each of the comments.
• Submit the revisions to Permit Processing, not the reviewer, through your MyBuildingPermit.com Dashboard by clicking Submit Additional
Files.
• If the permit has not been issued, submit a full plan set.

The property owner bears the responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided with or affecting the application submittal.
If the property contains or is adjacent to critical areas (streams and stream buffers, wetlands, floodplains, and geological hazard areas), additional
information may be required.
