This site visit represents the completion of our structural observation. These structural observations are described in the 2018 International Building Code Section 1704.6. We visually observed the framing for general conformance to the approved plans and specifications. This observation does not include or waive inspections as required in Sections 1703, 1704.1-5, and 1705. In our structural observation, selected portions of the work were reviewed where possible. Not all areas of construction were accessible. Review procedures were conducted in accordance with commonly accepted standards of practice. The procedures indicate actual conditions only where the review was performed and that the results were inferred to exist in other areas not reviewed or not visible. Structural review is a technique employed to minimize the risk of problems arising during construction. Structural observation by the design professional does not constitute warranty or guarantee of any type. In all cases, the contractor shall retain responsibility for the quality of work and for adherence to the approved plans and specifications. During our site visit we observed the following conditions that did not meet our permitted design intent: • S2.3 — Blocked roof between grids 4/5 and C/D not observed Client Page 2 February 14, 2022 • S2.2 — Straps and holdowns not observed highlighted in yellow: Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q i i i i i i FULL -HT. 81 CONCRETE SCUPPER PER WALL - REMF W/ #4 I II BEAM ,0 AAI ARCH.
