ECDC 19.10.040.0 requires a disclosure letter from the civil engineer stating that the civil engineering
plans, in our judgement, conform to the recommendations in the soil report.
Our plans were designed in conformance with report #JN 17557 dated October 16, 2017 by Geotech
Consultants, Inc. Prior to permit submittal, our plans are to be reviewed by Geotech Consultants, Inc. to
confirm the compliance with their recommendations.
