MEMO TRE_BLD2021-0985 KeckOF EDI of o h. ts90 CITY OF EDMONDS PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS PLANNING DIVISION 425.771.0220 DATE: May 11, 2022 TO: Kyle Zerby FROM: Deb Powers RE: Tree Retention Plan Review 3 15722 72"d Ave W BLD2021-0985/New Single Family Residential I have reviewed the resubmitted BLD2021-0985 for compliance with Edmonds' tree code, ECDC 23.10. The updated tree protection measures for offsite trees shown in the arborist report, Sheets A002 and A101 appear adequate; no further corrections are needed. The applicant should be commended for exceeded tree planting requirements and for the extent of tree protection measures, particularly related to adjacent property trees. Measures such as these contribute to the health and resiliency of Edmonds' urban forest.
