THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Matthew von der Abe of Aspect Consulting (Aspect) was on -site to view the permanent erosion
control on the slope below the new soldier pile wall at 18500 Olympic View Drive (Site).
Erosion Control - Permanent
We observed that the formerly bare soil below the soldier pile wall had been completely and
thoroughly covered and no bare soil remained.
• The slope was densely planted with low -growing, sun -tolerant plants.
• The area between the plants was thickly covered with mulch.
The steep areas were terraced with jute logs. The logs were thoroughly affixed to the slope
with wooden stakes.
Closing:
In our opinion, the planting and landscaping we observed today will contribute to the permanent
stability of the slope at the Site, and site restoration for this project is complete.
