Sundays and Federal Holidays. At all other times the noise originating from construction sites/activities must comply with the
noise limits of Chapter 5.30, unless a variance has been granted pursuant to ECC 5.30.120.

17. THE ARCHITECTS REVIEW OF SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL NOT RELIEVE THE GENERAL
CON CTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR FROM RE ONSIBILITY FOR DEVIATIONS FROM
TH DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS UNLESS HE HAS, IN WRIIING, AND BROUGHT
TO THE ATTE TION OF THE ARCHITECT SUCH DEVIATIONS AT THE TIME OF THE
SUBMISSION. NOR SHALL IT RELIEVE HIM (GENERAL CONTRACTOR) FROM
RE PONSIBIUTY FOR ERRORS OF ANY SORT IN THE SHOP DRAWNGS.
18. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIB FOR OBTAINING ALL
REQUIRED BUILDING PERMITS PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
19. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE APPUCANT SHALL HAVE
EVIDENCE OF CURRENT WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE COVERAGE ON
FILE WITH THE STATE LABOR DEPARTMENT IN COMPLIANCE WIN CURRENT LABOR
CODES.
20. PRO BE CONTINUOUS INSPECIIONS AS SET FORTH IN STATE AND LOCAL CODES
AND PER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AS NEEDED.
21. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF FINAL CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THIS
PROJECT. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SIGNED CERTIFICATE TO
THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY STATING THAT ALL WORK HAS BEEN
PERFORMED AND ATERIALS INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE PUNS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AFFECTING NON-RESIDENTIAL ENERGY.
22. CONTR CTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL BUILDING STANDARDS WIN BUILDING LANDLORD
PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY WORK. HOWEVER. THERE SHALL BE NO DEVIATIONS
