• Install R-21 Unfaced Insulation to outer wall areas.
• Hang 5/8" drywall,12" in. from the floor up.
All around the unit where need it, a total of 395 In. ft.
• Tape, mud joints, sand, spray texture.
• One coat of PVA Primer.
• Two coats of paint to all repair walls.
• Reinstall two double pre -hang doors and five standard doors.
• Install new baseboards a total of 3951n. ft.
• Install new door trim to seven doors, two double doors and five
Standard size doors a total of 2501n. ft.
• All baseboards, and door jambs and trim to be prep, spackle, caulk
one coat of primer and two coats of spray paint.
• Includes clean up and haul away all debris.
