THE PROJECT SITE CONSISTS OF AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE WITH A DETACHED SHED WITH ATTACHED CAR
PORT. ALL TO BE DEMOLISHED ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED
HARDSCAPES.
THE SCOPE OF THE WORK IS TO REMOVE THE SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE. AND THE GARAGE. ALL CHANGES IN THE GRADE AS
A RESULT OF THE REMOVAL OF THE BUILDING WILL BE
REPAIRED TO A MINIMUM 45 DEGREE SLOPE, WITH NO
VERTICAL DROPS OF MORE THAN 18-INCHES. ANY SLAB ON
GRADE TO TEMPORARILY REMAIN SHALL BE BROKEN UP TO
ALLOW FOR DRAINAGE. THE REST OF THE SITE SHALL BE
HYDROSEEDED.
TREES SHALL BE RETAINED DURING DEMOLITION OF THE

1. PRIOR TO BEGINNING EARTH DISTURBING ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING CLEARING AND GRADING, ALL CLEARING LIMITS,
