Hi Denise,
I printed this deed from the County website. It shows Twin Piers sold the project to Golden Sea Ventures
Inc. Evergreen Contracitng is our DBA. Let me know if you need anything else for the permit transfer.. In
addition I wonder if you can get me access to the project permit files on MBP site. My email is:
evergreen contra cting.com and my login ID isjohnan0418.

Hi Denise,
We have closed on purchasing Njib Short Plat at 7901 240th St Sw. I want to see what we need to do
to have permits transferred or reissued under our name.

Good Morning Denise,
We are in the process of purchasing the Njib Short Plat and completing the construction of the
homes. After reviewing the building plans we think we need to make some changes, mostly interior
layout changes and some possible structural revisions ie resizing floor joists etc.
All the changes will happen within the existing foot print and foundation layout and building height
remain the same.
I would like to find out whether this is considered a field revision with engineering support or we
need to submit to the City for a review? If the latter how much time should we budget for this
portion?
Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
