Job Description
A (Single Family Residential) (Repair or Replacement) Plumbing project involving ( Like for like equipment in the same
location, Piping - Water Service, There is no other onsite work that requires a building permit., 1 Water Supply Piping)
A leak occurred in the water supply line to the house in the north front yard. The leak was located 41ft NE of the house
water shut off valve in center garage, @ 26ft SW from the street water meter, 12ft directly North of the driveway, and 13ft
SW of a fir tree. Linescape located the precise leak site. Greenwood Heating and Home services identified a rock
induced pinhole leak and did a splice pipe short segment repair. Before and after photos and video are available from
Conditions - Post Permit on site. Do not cover until inspected.
