We are proposing outdoor space improvements including retaining walls, walkways and patio, at -grade
decking, shipping container pool, fencing, lawn and planting areas. All proposed developments will be in
the relatively flat areas, 5' away from the top of the steep slope in the back of the property as
recommended in the attached Geotechnical report.
We initially submitted our materials under #BLD2022-1425, but that record expired so we're now
starting a new one as instructed. Please also find our responses to the comments we received in the
previous record.
There is no option in the permit portal to upload supporting documents separately, so we have
combined all the documents (Arborist report, Geotech report, Pool supporting documents) in this one
PDF.
