Hi Tom,
I think you may have missed my email last week? I let ya know we didn't need all the normally
required demo documents.
For the demo, just submit a simple site plan (you probably already have one) and we will just do an
OTC demo permit.
For the SFR you will need a Critical Areas Report, that can be filed for on MYBUILDINGPERM IT.COM.

The Development Services Permit Center is open M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone and
Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available Wednesdays 10:00am to
2:00pm,: appointments are encouraged.
Appointments are also available M, T, Th, F, from 10am to 2pm. Please call ahead to arrange an in -
person or remote (Zoom) appointment to assure the appropriate staff member is available.

Hi Leif,
We are close to submitting for new permits on this project but wanted to try getting the demo
portion going per our prior conversation.
The demo checklist has some items that we need to have you waive to do so as these really no
longer apply...
• Bond —The old building permit was withdrawn so we aren't submitting a concurrent building
permit
• PSCAA Number— requires an asbestos inspection and notification with Puget Sound Clean Air
Agency. We can't do a no -asbestos notification if it isn't waived but there's no asbestos since
there's nothing really left on site. ???
• Critical Area Study — The one on file is over 5 years old now. I don't know how long they are
good for and can we still use that one that was okay for prior permit?
Since there's not much left but a few studs, joists, and misc. concrete I don't see any need for
these items?
