Cascadia Fire Protection will be modifying the existing fire sprinkler system for the Robatasumi Restaurant
Tenant Improvement located at 22511 Hwy 99 #111.
The project consists of removing several existing pendent fire sprinklers due to the demolition of existing
soffits and ceilings. 1 existing pendent sprinkler will be relocated. The existing overhead, upright sprinklers
will provide adequate coverage based on the original design.
The Occupancy Classification has not changed. The previous tenant was a restaurant, and the new tenant is
also a restaurant. New fire sprinkler spacing, and K-Factors will match the existing fire sprinklers.
Based on the existing fire sprinkler system pipe sizes, fire sprinkler spacing and K-Factors, the modification of
the existing system by Cascadia Fire Protection will not affect the hydraulic calculations and design of the
original system.
