The Development Services Permit Center is open M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone
and Digital/Remote access. In -Person walk-in service is currently available Mon -Fri
8:30am to 2:00pm, closed for lunch 12-1pm; appointments are encouraged. I work
remotely 3-4 days a week, but on Mondays I am always in office.

Subject: Victor Tavern - TCO Extension
Hey Denise,
Hope you are having a good day! I am hoping to get an extension of the temporary
certificate of occupancy for Victor Tavern (550 Main St, Edmonds, WA 98020). Victor
Tavern is on a TCO due to a delay of an available inspection with Washington state L&I
for our elevator. All other inspections have been passed and we have been operating
just the downstairs level as we wait on the inspector. Victor finally has an inspection
with them tomorrow morning at 9 AM but out of caution, I'd love to get a month
extension on our TCO in case there are any hiccups or a delay in getting the approved
inspection report back due to the holiday weekend. Our TCO currently expires on the
7th of July.
Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen!
